GIFT CARD OPTIONS
Once a customer applies for the SPX Shield Service he/she will receive a gift card (on our expense) in exchange for their device, worth:
- 70% of the device price indicated in the receipt if applies during 1 -180 days during contract

50% of the device indicated in the receipt if applies during
180 - 366 days during contract
The customer will be able to use the gift card to purchase a new device immediately, and the value of the gift card does not depend on the condition of the device.
Procedure for issuing a gift card :
- - Typically, the procedure for issuing a gift card depends on the internal procedure of the chain and the chosen format for providing gift cards.
- - Technically, there are various tools for transmitting information about the customer to whom “gift cards” have been agreed: API integration, FTP data exchange, Registration.
- - The main task is to provide the customer with a payment tool which allows the customer to purchase a new device in your store as soon as possible.
