GIFT CARD OPTIONS
Once a customer applies for the SPX Shield Service he/she will receive a gift card (on our expense) in exchange for their device, worth 50% of the market value of the device. The customer will be able to use the gift card to purchase a new device immediately, and the value of the gift card does not depend on the condition of the device.
We can provide our partner with several options for the implementation of the SPX Shield Service:
- We can issue Mobile Operator gift cards. In this case, the customer will be able to use the gift card to purchase a new device only in the chain of the Mobile Operator. This means that the customer is guaranteed to bring additional profit to the Mobile Operator. This model can be used if the Mobile Operator sells phones.
- We can issue gift cards to popular Internet Stores/Marketplaces. In this case, the customer can use the gift card to purchase a new device. This model can be used if the Mobile Operator does not sell mobile phones
- We can issue a gift card to a large offline chain. In this case, the customer can purchase phone from this chain offline.
